I'm Sebastian and welcome to my site.

I'm a licensed professional engineer in the state of New Jersey with a decade and a half of experience working as an engineer focusing on facilities management, plant/building maintenance, reliability engineering, and building design. As an engineering project manager, I led numerous facilities infrastructure projects varying in complexity including MEP, fire protection, energy, sustainability, safety and environmental, building-science, and building condition assessments.
